A reception and performance of 'DICKENS,TROLLOPE AND THEIR LAWYERS’ held at Middle Temple Hall
Charles Dickens and Anthony Trollope, born just three years apart, each had strong connections with Middle Temple, and wrote extensively, and wonderfully, about the law and lawyers. The heart of the event on Monday 14th November 2022 will be a performance, imagined by former judge and Chair of Fine Cell, Geoffrey Rivlin QC, in which these two great authors will combine to treat us to some of their most magical and entertaining writings.
Drinks reception and canapes, in the Queen’s Room and Parliament Chamber followed by the performance by well-known actors* in the Hall.
